Description
Mistaken Identities is an installation about the perceived threat made by young people on the street. I asked people to act out the expression seen in the police arrest photo of a 16-year-old double murderer. All the young people recognised the pose and attitude, but not all could copy it. The portraits are accompanied by a soundscape of young people talking about their concerns - exams, family, sports, work, ambitions, and fears.
