My work is about creating colourful, inspiring and unusual textiles inspired by the mundane and re-designed into the brand new. Everyday objects that are generally taken for granted provide an endless source of material to reuse and recycle. Making something out of the ordinary with materials chosen for their exciting colours, interesting patterns, textures and nostalgic qualities demonstrates it is possible to reuse, in order to recreate.
